Side event on CO2 Performance Ladder during Climate Conference Paris
In December 2015, world leaders will meet in Paris to make global agreements on tackling climate change. Negotiations during the climate convention will discuss new CO2 emission targets for the year 2030. The CO2 Performance Ladder is on the agenda of climate conference.
The Foundation for Climate Friendly Procurement and Business (SKAO) hosts an official side event at the Dutch Climate Pavilion during the Climate Conference in Paris. SKAO will give a presentation about the CO2 Performance Ladder and there will be a panel discussion with Yvo de Boer (Head of Global Green Growth Institute, former secretary general of the UNFCCC), Michael Westphal (Senior Associate World Resources Institute) and Gijs Termeer (Manager SKAO). The panel discussion will focus on the international upscaling of the CO2 Performance Ladder. Facilitator of the Side Event is Sible Schöne, director of the HIER Klimaatbureau
